Sandileigh, Hoole

To remodel the existing 2 storey dwelling to a larger footprint whilst maintaining the overall original  design features of the house to align with the street scene and architectural aesthetics of this part of Hoole, Chester.

A new larger Kitchen extended to two sides with island, Velux roof lights opening up to the new rear lounge extension , ground floor WC cloakroom, 2 storey Bedroom and Bathroom extension to rear and conversion of front bedroom to En-Suite bathroom.

This was a complex remit and to achieve the strict planning conditions a new roof was constructed, raising the ridge line slightly to allow a seamless re designing of the facades.
