To Design Ground Floor Kitchen side Extension with pitched roof and Velux Roof lights for ventilation and light.

A Structural steel ‘T’ Frame, with ‘Goal Post’ support structure was designed to be built off large Concrete pad foundations to open up the existing Dining room to create one large open plan entertaining kitchen / Dining area, this allowed for the arrangement and support of the existing bedroom over. A beautiful new modern bespoke Kitchen and island was fitted to compliment the design with two sets of Aluminium PPC Bifold Doors to access the raised deck entertaining area with hot tub.
