A complete Remodelling of the existing 1970’s house was undertaken, client brief was to design a modern 6 Bedroom House with multiple Entertaining areas , utility room, expansive Kitchen and island, Log burner to Lounge, two Gallery landings and staircase, several En-Suite bathrooms, making full use of a new Loft structure to form 2 bedrooms, bathrooms and Office space overlooking the Welsh Hills, along with a Master Bedroom suite at the rear with direct access to a private screened Balcony overlooking the rear garden.
